This is general information provided to familiarize you with DSA Aromatherapy. If you have specific questions, please feel free to call or e-mail. Items listed on the website are retail. If you would like to inquire about wholesale policies, please contact us.
Online ordering is secure. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted to guard your information.
There are no minimums for retail or wholesale orders.
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Established customers may also choose to pay by check.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEX, or UPS. At this time, we offer flat rate shipping of $6.95. With retail orders of $100 and above, we offer free shipping.
My goal is to ship orders within 48 hours. Sometimes this is not possible because of supplies or time involved in making products or because there are orders ahead of yours! Please call me if you have an urgent order. In many cases, products are handcrafted when you order them. Each order receives special care and attention to detail.
Returns and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please let me know within two days of receipt of your order. You may return it for a replacement or refund. You may cancel an order by contacting us via our contact form. Your credit card will be refunded the same business day and your bank will process the refund usually within 1 to 7 business days. My goal is your happiness and a beautiful aromatherapy experience.
